Welcome to Golden Ears Athletics!  

 

We are always excited to welcome newcomers who are interested in joining the club, and to welcome back our athletes. In order to participate in training practices and meets all athletes must be registered with Golden Ears Athletics and BC Athletics. We typically reach full capacity, so register early to secure your spot.

Registration for all GEA programs is now being done on line through Athletics Reg (see registration link on Home Page). If you are registering three or more members of the same family you are eligible for a discount on the third member. If this option applies to you, please send an email to goldenearsathletics@gmail.com before registering and we will set up a promo code for you to use.

Refunds for program registration are available up to one week prior to the start of the season for any of the programs we offer. An administration fee of $50 will be applied against the refund amount. BC Athletics fees (which typically range from $60-94.50) are non-refundable by our club and non-refundable as per their policy (no exceptions).

Exceptions will be considered for program refunds for athletes who are injured or become ill and are not able to participate (in many cases, our training programs can accommodate injuries however). A doctor's note is required in order to process a refund. Exceptions will also be considered for program refunds if an athlete is moving out of district. Refunds in these circumstances will be pro-rated based on the timing of the request.

All requests for program refunds must be made in writing to the attention of the club treasurer via email to goldenearsathletics@gmail.com. Please include the name of the athlete and the reason for the request and in medical cases include a copy of the doctor's note.
